1. Start with a picture, crop it, sharpen it, whatever you do to make your base.


2. Duplicate the base and set it to Screen 70%


3.Create a new layer and set it to Burn 50%
Fill the layer with #aefffe


4. Create a new layer and set to soft light 80%
Fill the layer with #ffffc0


5. Create a new layer and set it to soft light 65%
Fill the layer with #f44364


Add any brushes/textures/text and youve finished!
